Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT staffing. Responsibilities include marketing bench consultants, connecting with vendors, and securing suitable C2C and W2 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to vendors and implementation partners for suitable C2C/W2 requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Collect and share daily requirements through email, LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks.
• Negotiate rates, understand client requirements, and coordinate consultant submissions.
• Maintain updated consultant hotlists, resumes, visa status, availability, and rate details.
• Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the vendor network.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions while avoiding duplicate submissions.

Qualifications

• 0.6–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing, C2C, W2, and different work visa statuses.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and consultant marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, and job portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
