About the Role

This is a 3–4 month paid internship opportunity with the potential for a full-time UI/UX Designer role based on performance and product needs. You will primarily work on the TRINANCE mobile app, with opportunities to contribute to the website and internal tools. You will collaborate directly with the Senior Product Designer, founders, and developers. This role is designed for individuals interested in learning the full product design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for the TRINANCE app.
• Contribute to website and internal dashboard design.
• Translate user problems into design solutions and articulate the reasoning behind them.
• Build and maintain reusable components as part of the design system.
• Collaborate with developers to move designs from concept to shipped product.
• Iterate based on feedback, testing, and changing product requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Figma
• Understanding of user flows and basic interaction design.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Clear communication of design decisions.
• Ability to take ownership and move fast in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience is not required.
• Students and freshers with a genuine interest in product design are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of UI/UX and product design.
• Good eye for layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Curiosity about why products work the way they do.

• Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
