About the Role

The Intern – Video Creator Motion Designer role supports the visual storytelling and digital presence of Yoke and Yard™. This full-time, remote position involves creating short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns, developing motion graphics that highlight brand narratives, and assisting in multimedia content production for product launches and lookbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics to highlight brand narratives.
• Assist in multimedia content production for product launches and lookbooks.
• Perform video editing and post-production workflows, including color correction, sound, and exporting for multiple formats.
• Optimize content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate brand concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Iterate on feedback and maintain consistent brand aesthetics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Production and Multimedia content creation for digital platforms.
• Motion Graphics, including animation and design for brand storytelling.
• Video Editing and Video Post-Production.
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and contribute original ideas.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating video and motion design work.
• Prior experience in fashion or streetwear is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in design, multimedia, film, or a related field is beneficial.
