Housekeeping Associate

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Making beds.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenishing amenities.
• Handling laundry-related duties.
• Ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Responding to guest requests.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Following safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel standards.
• Supporting smooth operations during shifts, events, and peak occupancy periods.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Laundry operations.
• Basic housekeeping procedures.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Solid Organization Skills.
• Training or willingness to be trained in hotel housekeeping standards, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, sanitization, and guest privacy protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
