Cloud Trainee Engineer

About the Role

Noventiq is seeking a Cloud Trainee Engineer to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations.
• Provide L1 support for Azure IaaS services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and related services.
• Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure incidents and service issues, escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required.
• Support Azure networking activities, including VNet, subnet, NSG, routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain, and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Configure and deploy Azure services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Monitor Azure resources to ensure optimal performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
• Follow and implement security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers and application teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and support.
• Knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, including configuration and deployment.
• Understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Load Balancers.
• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Understanding of Azure monitoring, performance management, availability, capacity planning, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with L2/L3 engineers and application teams.
