About the Role
Gullynest is building a tenant-to-tenant rental platform in Bengaluru and is hiring an Operations Executive to manage the operations. This role is a mix of on-ground and remote work in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold-call owners to list properties.
- Coordinate and schedule property visits, ensuring both parties attend.
- Monitor client conversations.
- Follow up on leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Track visits, closures, and feedback to improve operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Persistence in following up after initial rejections.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet timelines.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru or a strong willingness to learn its neighborhoods.
- Ability to remain calm and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers are welcome.
