Crossing Infotech is hiring an Account and MIS Executive Intern for a full-time remote internship in India.

Job Details

• Job Title: Account and MIS Executive Intern
• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full Time (Internship)

• Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers using Tally or similar accounting software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payment records and report differences.
• Track income, expenses, receivables, and payables, and keep records up to date.
• Create summaries, pivot tables, and charts to help the team review financial data.
• Check data for errors and maintain accuracy in accounts and reports.
• Support the team in GST data preparation, invoicing, and basic compliance records.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (debit, credit, ledgers, trial balance).
• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software.
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data accuracy.
• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of GST basics and invoicing.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of bank reconciliation and financial statements.
• Any accounting course, Tally certification, or internship experience.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), BA (Economics), CA Inter or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in accounting and MIS.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
