Social Media Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

Ninjaz Academy is seeking executives to convert social media conversations into qualified sales leads. This role involves engaging potential customers via chat, understanding their needs, qualifying their interest, and passing relevant leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through social media messages, comments, and chat inquiries.
• Conduct targeted outreach to relevant prospects via personalized messages.
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain company products or services.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, budget, and purchase timeline.
• Follow up with prospects to advance conversations towards a sales inquiry or appointment.
• Collect accurate contact details and maintain lead records in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Work towards assigned targets for conversations, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Adhere to platform guidelines and maintain professional communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with social media platforms and messaging tools.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Strong written communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to ask relevant questions, identify genuine interest, and handle objections.
• Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
• Experience in social media lead generation, chat sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Freshers are also welcomed.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys interacting with people online and can guide a conversation from an initial inquiry to a qualified sales opportunity.

CTC: 2.75 to 3 LPA. Candidates with higher expectations should mention it before the interview.
