About the Role
RWS is seeking a Search Engine Evaluator fluent in Tamil and English to test and evaluate how clients' search engines respond to everyday searches. This role is crucial for enhancing AI data and improving the online search engine experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday searches.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos.
- Refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, and streaming platforms.
- Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently reside in India.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in India.
- English and Tamil proficiency.
- Smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software.
- Must pass training modules and a required test.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must sign and adhere to project NDA.

- Web-savvy with a talent for finding things online.
- Excellent skills in online research.
- Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-discipline to stick to a schedule.

Location: India (Work from Home)
Schedule: 8-20 hours/week (Average 15 hours/weekly)
Pay: Up to 5 USD/hour
