About the Role
- You will join our Global Supply team and help keep our partner ecosystem running smoothly.
- Work involves assisting new publishers going live and monitoring for spend spikes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the partner ecosystem, including partner capabilities and integration with Joveo's programmatic engine.
- Assist with new partner onboarding, including contract and account setup, and launch checklists.
- Analyze performance data to identify anomalies or potential risks.
- Track partner queries and escalations.
- Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure partner workflows are progressing.
- Convert data into actionable insights and summaries for decision-making.
- Support AI experiments to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Genuine curiosity about partnership channels, client management, or business development.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with people.
- Aptitude for analyzing data and presenting simple, useful takeaways.
- Proactive and takes ownership of tasks, with a willingness to ask critical questions.
- Prior internship experience in a similar area is a plus.
