About the Role
- Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday searches.
- Enhance AI data used to improve the online search engine experience for clients’ users.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, streaming platforms, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Use search expertise to work through a variety of assignments.
- Continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
- Stick to a schedule and complete work despite potential distractions of a home office.
- Analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently reside in India.
- English and Tamil proficiency.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in your locale (India).
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week (avg. 15 hours weekly).
- Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
- Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
- Must pass training modules and a required test created by the client before commencing work.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must be 18+ years old.
