About the Role
The Incubation Assistant will support the daily operations of FoundersLab’s entrepreneurship programs and incubation activities in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating workshops and events, assisting with program logistics, and maintaining communication with students, mentors, and partner institutions. The Incubation Assistant will help track participant progress, prepare reports and documentation, and support mentors in delivering sessions and resources. The role also involves maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and contributing to outreach efforts that strengthen the incubation ecosystem across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops and events.

Qualifications
- Ability to coordinate programs and events, manage schedules, and handle day-to-day operational tasks in an incubation or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, mentors, faculty, and partner organizations.
- Basic understanding of entrepreneurship, startups, and business development concepts, with an interest in supporting early-stage founders.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms) and comfort working with data and reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Prior experience in incubation centers, student entrepreneurship cells, or similar programs is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and occasionally support events.
