About the Role

• Hiring for Sales Manager role for Barnala location.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ICICI Bank team for 3-in-1 account (combination of savings/salary, trading and demat accounts) in the given region.
• Ensure the right product is advised and sold to the right customer.
• Keep customers on priority at all times and seek to understand customer needs and service them on priority.
• Provide product and after-sales support to the ICICI Bank team for handling customer queries and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to KYC guidelines by checking all KYC-related documents from customers.
• Oversee the account opening process of customers.
• Educate customers and bank teams on the benefits of investments through a 3-in-1 account.
