About the Role
Atica is a tech-first remote sales & revenue management company for Hotels and Hotel operators in the US, enabled by a unified tech-led solution. We are a startup funded by top investors.
Location
- Yerwada, Pune (work from office)
- Relocation support provided
Shift
- 5 PM – 3 AM IST, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA.
- Develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new prospects and aggressively activate new accounts in the US market.
- Grow market share from existing clientele in the US market.
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing a Lead management platform to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle.
- Ensure hotel ownership is profitable and find new ways to add value to each hotel.
- Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry.
- Available to work from the Pune office, with shift timings of 5 PM to 3 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills for phone pitches, business proposals, general correspondence, and report generation.
