Product Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Product Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Product Intern will support product managers and specialists in researching user needs, analyzing product performance, and contributing to feature improvements. This role offers exposure to end-to-end product workflows in a fast-paced edtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data.
• Prepare reports.
• Assist in product documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer service, sales, and technology.
• Gather feedback from learners and educators.
• Participate in product testing.
• Provide insights to enhance user experience and engagement on the platform.

Qualifications

• Skills related to product support and collaboration with Product Specialists.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance tracking.
• Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to understand user needs, collect feedback, and support user-centric product decisions.
• Basic Sales awareness or exposure to sales processes to align product features with market and customer requirements.
• Relevant skills such as attention to detail, proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and an interest in edtech and product management are beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Business, Economics, or Design) is preferred.
