Mechanical Designer (Adobe Illustrator)

About the Role

SonaCAD Design is seeking a Digital Artist to assist in the creation of materials, collaterals, and concepts. This role involves working closely with the Graphic Design team, taking briefs and concepts to produce creative, professional, and clean work within specified timelines. The artist will combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and produce quality work for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Take briefs from clients or liaise with Graphic Lead or Directors to understand project scope.
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations.
• Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
• Present design concepts to senior team for clients.
• Incorporate client or art director feedback into final designs.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Transform data into visual graphics and diagrams.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
• Portfolio of work.
• Fluency in English.
