Key Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects across industries to help organizations manage and mitigate risk, improve operational performance, and maximize enterprise value.
• Design, implement, assess, and support risk management programs.
• Provide advisory services.
• Assist in restructuring programs and reengineering processes and frameworks.
• Provide a range of accounting and reporting services, enhancing overall value on financial reporting, technical, and operational excellence.
• Assist companies in understanding, assessing impact, and operationalizing complex accounting and reporting changes due to shifting regulations, new accounting standards, corporate actions, and capital market transactions.
• Drive operational efficiencies in the financial close and reporting process through technology-enabled solutions aligned with accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Support risk assessment for clients, identifying prioritized risks/audits, planning audit approach and scope, preparing audit programs, determining auditing procedures, and applying internal audit standards.
• Create internal control documentation, including narratives, process and data flows, and supporting work papers.
• Conduct/lead client interviews, communication, and follow-ups.
• Support various internal audit activities, including scoping, planning procedures, issuing requests, coordinating documentation collection and examination, reviewing draft conclusions, and managing action plans and report issuance.
• Perform Mergers & Acquisitions related analysis of income statement trends to identify items impacting normalized earnings.
• Analyze normalized working capital, seasonality, cash and financial debt positions, and potential adjustments for deal purposes and impact on free cash flow.
• Evaluate liabilities, including off-balance sheet items or contingent liabilities.
• Provide financial consulting services related to business valuation for various classes of liabilities and assets, including intangible assets, real and personal property, and complex securities using different valuation techniques and models in accordance with US GAAP.
• Create financial models, conduct industry research, and write reports.
• Apply general knowledge of technologies used to build complex IT environments and facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Rank Holder in CA Final will be preferred
• Big 4 Articleship experience
