Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day social media activities.
• Plan and publish posts.
• Create engaging content tailored to F&B audiences.
• Assist in managing brand pages across key platforms.
• Monitor comments and messages.
• Help respond to audience interactions.
• Track basic performance metrics to support optimization of campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and account managers to maintain consistent brand messaging and execute social media calendars.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, trends, and formats that can enhance reach and engagement for client brands.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience managing brand pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and basic visual content ideas.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients when required.
• Familiarity with social media marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends is beneficial.
• Comfort working with social media analytics tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in content and scheduling.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media or digital marketing, is preferred.
