Chemist – Fertilizers & Plant Nutrition

About the Role
Katyayani Organics is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chemists to support laboratory operations, product development, quality testing, and formulation activities in the fertilizers and plant nutrition segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.
- Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, biostimulants, and other agricultural products.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support R&D, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.
- Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
- Understanding of chemical analysis and quality testing.
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Agricultural Chemistry
