About the Role

RG Builders & Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to support our financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and transaction details.
• Prepare and maintain daily income and expenditure statements.
• Track project-wise expenses, material purchases, and supplier payments.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and vouchers.
• Maintain records of client payments, outstanding balances, and contractor bills.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Organise and maintain financial documents and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, contractors, and other team members regarding payments and accounts.
• Prepare basic financial reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Good numerical, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with a background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in construction accounting will also be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
