About the Role
MK Developers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineer to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in residential construction, site execution, quality control and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day construction site supervision and execution.
- Monitor construction activities as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and senior engineers.
- Assist with material requirements, measurements and quantity estimation.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and construction records.
- Ensure adherence to site safety practices and construction schedules.
- Support senior engineers in resolving site-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and civil engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on-site.
Important Eligibility Criteria:
- Only candidates currently residing in Pune are eligible for this position.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site at our project location on Spine Road, Moshi Pradhikaran, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
