Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic client requirements and recruit candidates as per the clients’ specified experience criteria.
• Source candidates for domestic IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Manage multiple job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to handle domestic client requirements and source candidates according to specified experience levels.
• Freshers and candidates with HR/recruitment internship experience are welcome.
• Must currently reside in Pune.
