Key Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects across industries to help organizations manage and mitigate risk, improve operational performance, and maximize enterprise value.
• Design, implement, assess, and support risk management frameworks.
• Provide advisory services.
• Assist in restructuring programs and reengineering processes to address client challenges and risks.
• Provide a range of accounting and reporting services to enhance financial reporting, technical, and operational excellence.
• Assist companies in understanding, assessing impact, and operationalizing complex accounting and reporting changes due to regulations, new standards, corporate actions, and capital market transactions.
• Drive operational efficiencies in the financial close and reporting process through technology-enabled solutions.
• Support risk assessment for clients, including identifying prioritized risks/audits, planning audit approach and scope, preparing audit programs, determining auditing procedures, overseeing the audit process, and applying internal audit standards.
• Create internal control documentation, including narratives, process and data flows, and supporting work papers.
• Conduct/lead client interviews, communication, and follow-ups.
• Support internal audit activities, including scoping, planning procedures, issuing requests, coordinating documentation collection and examination, reviewing draft conclusions, managing action plans, and issuing client reports.
• Perform Mergers & Acquisitions related analysis, including income statement trends, normalized earnings, normalized working capital, seasonality, cash, financial debt positions, potential adjustments for deal purposes, and evaluating liabilities.
• Provide financial consulting services for business valuation of liabilities and assets, including intangible assets, property, and complex securities, using various valuation techniques and models in accordance with US GAAP.
• Create financial models, conduct industry research, and write reports.
• Apply knowledge of technologies used in complex IT environments and facilitate the use of technology-based tools/methodologies for review, design, and implementation.
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related regulatory and compliance standards.
• Exercise professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Rank Holder in CA Final will be preferred
• Big 4 Articleship experience (preferred)
