Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

• The Graphic Design Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.
• The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand identity projects, including logos, layouts, and marketing materials.
• This role offers hands-on exposure to real client work, design workflows, and performance-driven creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design concepts.
• Prepare graphics for web and print.
• Assist with image editing and retouching.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual designs.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Help maintain organized design files and project documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to translate brand positioning into cohesive visual identities.
• Skills in Image Editing, including basic proficiency with photo retouching and optimization for digital platforms.
• Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar), a portfolio showcasing design work, and basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Additional beneficial attributes include attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Current students or recent graduates in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
