Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print mediums, from social media creatives and marketing collaterals to brand identities and UI/UX assets. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, banners, infographics, and promotional creatives
• Develop brand identity materials including logos, business cards, letterheads, and brand guidelines
• Create digital marketing assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Design presentation decks, brochures, and pitch documents
• Collaborate with the content team to create visually aligned digital content
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Assist in UI/UX wireframing and mockup design for web/app projects
• Manage and organize design assets in shared folders (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Google Drive)
• Take client briefs and translate them into creative visual solutions

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for print design
• Experience with Figma or similar prototyping/design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
• Ability to create original, brand-consistent designs under tight deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse design work (social media, branding, print, digital)
• 1–4 years of relevant graphic design experience
• Knowledge of design file preparation for print and digital formats

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation in After Effects
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Exposure to 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Familiarity with Canva for quick turnaround designs
• Understanding of digital marketing and ad creative specifications
