About the Role
Hiring for Freshers and Experienced candidates for an International Voice & Chat Process.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in a 24/7 international process.
- Perform tasks related to Voice and Chat.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts.
- 5 Days Working with 2 Days Rotational Week Off.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
Experience Specifics
For Freshers
- Salary CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA
- In-hand Salary: 18k to 27k per month
- Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
- Unlimited Incentives: (As per the company)
For Experienced Candidates
- Minimum of 6 months of experience required.
- Salary CTC: 4.5 LPA to 6.75 LPA
- In-hand Salary: 30K to 51K per month
- Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
- Unlimited Incentives: (As per the company)
- Special Opportunity: Candidates currently earning 23 LPA may be considered for a flat 5.3 LPA package, offering approximately 36,000-37,000 in-hand, subject to eligibility and company policy.
