About the Role

Help QBYSS improve internal processes by understanding needs, documenting requirements, and supporting practical changes. You’ll connect colleagues’ day-to-day challenges with clear workflows, systems, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from engineering, commercial, and operational colleagues.
• Map existing processes and identify bottlenecks and information gaps.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support evaluation and testing of internal systems and process changes.
• Maintain documentation and track whether changes address the original need.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and the ability to ask clear, structured questions.
• Strong written communication and careful documentation.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and organizing business information.
• Relevant projects or experience involving processes, systems, or analysis.

Useful but not essential

• Exposure to process mapping, CRM systems, or project tools.
• Basic SQL, reporting, or workflow automation skills.
