Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate relevant products or services effectively.
• Assist in managing leads and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct product/service presentations and effectively address client queries.
• Learn and apply effective sales and negotiation techniques.
• Monitor basic sales metrics and work towards achieving individual and team targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and presenting information.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques, negotiation, and client management.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
