Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in non-IT sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the engineering field is a plus.
