Printer Engineer, Andhara Pradesh

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Printer Engineer role based in Penukonda (Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, near Penukonda).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain printing equipment and related systems.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Support print production workflows.
• Coordinate with operations teams to manage printing schedules.
• Oversee quality checks on printed materials.
• Ensure proper handling of bindery and finishing processes.
• Monitor inkjet performance.
• Manage consumables.
• Maintain documentation of service activities and equipment status.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Printer Support (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance)
• Print Production
• Printing (manage production workflows, quality checks, output optimization)
• Bindery (cutting, folding, binding, packaging)
• Inkjet systems (calibration, nozzle checks, ink and media management)
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work safely with mechanical and electronic equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with production and support teams on-site

Qualifications

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical, printing technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a print or production environment is an advantage.
