Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Online Marketing & Content Writer to manage digital content, promote recruitment services, enhance brand visibility, and generate business leads through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Create job posts, recruitment advertisements, promotional posts, captions, and marketing content.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Develop content to promote faculty recruitment, corporate hiring, and placement services.
• Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, and articles.
• Research trending topics, relevant hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
• Create attractive social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Support business development through digital marketing and online brand promotion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written communication and content-writing skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and hashtags.
• Creativity in writing promotional and recruitment content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools, such as ChatGPT, is an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any relevant field.
• Candidates with strong writing and digital marketing skills may also apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment marketing will be preferred.
