About the Role
Nira Naturals is building an everyday shop for natural and transparent food. We are seeking a Growth Associate to work directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand and in-shop communication
- Instagram, website, and Google Business Profile management
- Delivery platforms: Swiggy, Zomato, Toing, and Nira Naturals' own delivery
- Local partnerships with offices, gyms, hospitals, and societies
- Billing, CRM, and subscriptions
- Menu development and shop operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bengaluru-based fresher, student, or early-career professional
- Clear communicator
- Curious about healthy food
- Keen to build a business hands-on
Location: HSR Layout, hybrid
Stipend: ₹10,000–25,000/month
