About the Role
- Designation: PMC Engineer Trainee
- Industry: PEB / Structural Steel / Formwork / Construction
- Location: Hyderabad / Project Sites
- Summary: Seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh engineering graduates to join the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, supporting project planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution activities across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Erection, and Site teams.
- Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and project activities.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
- Identify project delays and report issues to the reporting manager.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Support quality and safety compliance at project sites.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of project planning and management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project / Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with good academic knowledge and a positive learning attitude.
- Interest in project management, planning, and construction / manufacturing operations.
- Candidates with knowledge of PEB, structural steel, or formwork will be preferred.
