The service provides instant vet consultations, nutrition and diet planning, behavioral guidance, and preventative care advice, accessible anytime and anywhere. Conbun is committed to using technology to enhance pet well-being, support pet parents, and shape the future of veterinary care.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
- Ensuring prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to pet parents.
- Guiding users through platform features.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Escalating complex problems to relevant teams.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions.
- Following up on unresolved queries.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback.
- Working closely with operations and veterinary teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in Online Support environments, including chat and email-based communication.
- Basic Technical Support capabilities.
- Comfort working with CRM or helpdesk tools.
- Following structured support processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to handle queries professionally and courteously.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- A degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to pet care or healthcare services is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
- Includes flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
