Graduate Electrical Engineer

About the Role

• Support electrical analysis and technical research for QBYSS’s power conversion applications.
• This remote role centres on calculations, simulation, documentation, and review of data supplied by the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support calculations involving power, efficiency, losses, and electrical requirements.
• Research power supply specifications and application needs.
• Assist with simulation and analysis under engineering guidance.
• Review supplied test data and prepare clear technical summaries.
• Maintain engineering documentation and support design review preparation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Understanding of AC and DC circuits, power systems, and basic control concepts.
• Confidence with engineering calculations and interpreting technical data.
• Clear communication and evidence of relevant academic or personal projects.

Useful but not essential:

• MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE, or Python experience.
• Projects involving power electronics, energy systems, or electrical modelling.
