About the Role

We are hiring an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our Philadelphia team. This is a hands-on, in-person marketing role where you will represent established brands inside retail locations and connect directly with customers to promote home improvement products and services. No previous marketing experience is required, as we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands inside established retail locations
• Talk with customers about current products, services, and promotions
• Create interest through face-to-face conversations
• Support promotional marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Answer questions and help customers understand their options
• Track daily results and campaign performance
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
