About the Role

Crescendo International is hiring an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant to join their team in Phoenix. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on people interaction and developing practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with customers face-to-face and create positive first impressions
• Represent brands professionally during promotional campaigns
• Introduce customers to products, services, and offers
• Build relationships and understand customer needs
• Support customer sign-ups, lead generation, and sales activity
• Help with campaign setup and day-to-day execution
• Work alongside a team to achieve shared goals
• Take part in training to develop communication and customer-facing skills
