Compensation: $70k-$80k + Additional Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Support PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems at a large-scale cement plant.
- Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation, electrical, and control system issues.
- Assist with programming, commissioning, system upgrades, and equipment startups.
- Support controls for crushers, mills, kilns, conveyors, packing systems, and material handling equipment.
- Assist with calibration and maintenance of plant instrumentation and sensors.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, production, and efficiency.
- Maintain control system documentation, backups, and programming records.
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and process safety policies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience, including internships or co-ops.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
