The Opportunity

Valora Rise is seeking a Marketing Event Assistant for its growing team in Cincinnati. This role is suitable for individuals interested in events, marketing, promotions, customer engagement, sales, or brand experiences, with a focus on a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous event marketing experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, events, pop-ups, trade shows, and brand activations.
• Represent brands professionally at live events and promotional activities.
• Engage with customers and create positive experiences.
• Help generate leads and collect customer information.
• Answer customer questions and provide relevant product or service information.
• Support event setup, organization, and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with follow-up and customer engagement after events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event team to deliver successful campaigns.
• Track and maintain accurate lead and customer information.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign results.
