About the Role
The Budd Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to help maintain high-quality, clean, and welcoming environments. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine daily cleaning of rooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms following standard procedures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash, dispose of recyclables, and continuously restock restrooms and supplies.
- Safely operate standard commercial janitorial equipment.
- Maintain safety standards, respect privacy, and promptly report any maintenance or hazard issues.
- Monitor supply levels and assist with restocking.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience (hospitality, hotel, or commercial settings preferred).
- Knowledge of standard sanitation techniques and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or with a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment.
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
