About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Communications Associate in Omaha to support campaign content, customer materials, and company updates. You will gather information from colleagues, prepare copy, and coordinate feedback to ensure communications are accurate and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit emails, newsletters, announcements, and promotional copy.
• Prepare social media posts and website content updates.
• Develop presentations, handouts, and supporting campaign materials.
• Maintain content calendars and follow up on approvals.
• Check facts, spelling, links, and consistency across communications.
• Gather audience feedback and contribute ideas during campaign reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, content, or business support is helpful.
• Internships, coursework, student publications, volunteering, and experience promoting a business are welcome.
• A specific degree isn’t required.
• We value clear writing, careful proofreading, dependable organization, and a constructive response to feedback.
• Familiarity with Canva, email platforms, or website editing is useful, but isn’t essential.
• Reliable commuting to our Omaha workplace is essential.
