About the Role
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals for our Entry Level Sales Team. No experience is needed as we provide paid training.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
- Compete in fun challenges with your team while earning incredible bonuses and incentives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $70,000 - $140,000+ per year (Base salary + Uncapped Commission).
