Role Details
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm.
- Location: 1131 Manchester Ave. Middletown, OH
- Pay Range: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medical prescriptions under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Perform necessary clerical duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and the clinic.
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification.
- Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Verify medication stock and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
- Assist with pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pharmacy Technician license: Active and unrestricted in the state of Ohio.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transportation.
- Optional: National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Optional: Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience.
- Optional: Ability to travel up to 10% for local deliveries.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Note: National Pharmacy Technician Certification and pharmacy/prescription data entry experience are preferred.
