About the Role
Heritage Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This role focuses on providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift.
- Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to calculate medication dosages
- Proficient in using standard nursing equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to meet all legal health requirements

Scheduling Options
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual opportunities across all shifts.
Compensation
- Competitive Starting Wage: $31.00–$32.75 per hour.
- Compensation based on experience and shift.
