About the Role
The Pharmacy Technician will support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Hours: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
- Location: 1131 Manchester Ave. Middletown, OH
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic.
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
- Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Verify medication stock and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
- Work with the Pharmacist to assist in pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
- Perform various clerical duties relating to the department.
- Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience (Preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 10% for local deliveries in the area (Preferred)

- Hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour.
