About the Role
The Broker Intern Market Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position supports brokerage professionals by gathering and analyzing commercial real estate market data, including vacancy rates, rental trends, sales comparables, and new developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research.
- Maintain databases.
- Prepare reports.
- Map properties.
- Assist in the creation of client presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with brokers to identify prospective tenants and investors.
- Track competitive properties.
- Support deal underwriting with accurate and timely information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, mapping tools, and online real estate databases).
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills, with the ability to interpret trends and synthesize findings.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities, including proficiency in working with datasets, reports, and online information sources.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and client-facing materials.
- Coursework or experience in real estate, finance, economics, or business is beneficial.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate.
