As an Entry-Level Marketing and Promotions Associate, you'll play an important role in helping clients build customer relationships and increase brand awareness. You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and promotional campaigns while building valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
• Interact with potential customers to provide quality customer service
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Generate leads and drive SALES
• Support promotional campaigns and new product launches

Qualifications

• Looking for an entry point into marketing, sales, or business development
• Enjoys working in a customer-facing, team-driven environment
• Communicates well and learns quickly in fast-paced settings
• Is motivated by growth, goals, and performance-based success
• Has 0–2 years of experience (retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus)
