About the Role

Alphalete Marketing is a Dallas-based marketing firm dedicated to outstanding customer acquisition and sales solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, represent well-known brands, and contribute to marketing campaigns that focus on customer acquisition and brand awareness across the TX area. We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to generate new customer leads through in-person interactions and help execute our clients' promotional campaigns. You'll gain sales and marketing experience through promotional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Play an active role in direct marketing campaigns
• Act as a point person for all customers
• Generate leads and drive SALES

Qualifications

• Looking for an entry point into marketing, sales, or business development
• Enjoys working in a customer-facing, team-driven environment
• Communicates well and learns quickly in fast-paced settings
• Is motivated by growth, goals, and performance-based success
• 0–2 years of experience (retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus)
