Finance Associate Development Program

About the Role

The Finance Associate Development Program is an outstanding opportunity to launch a career in an exciting industry and accelerate your career by gaining an understanding of RRD and the role that finance and accounting play. During this two-year program, Associates will gain hands-on experience and mentorship through four or five rotations, preparing them for a successful and rewarding career in Finance. Graduates ideally move into a Finance or Accounting related role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of RRD and the role of finance and accounting through hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Participate in four or five rotations.
• Possible rotations include: Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Shared Services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• General technical knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Able to apply general functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows Office or other Finance systems to complete work assignments.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Excel.
