Job Title: International Customer Support Associate
About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process, supporting customers in the US market. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, identifying customer requirements, and recommending relevant products or services to drive business growth.
Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Shift: US Shift / Rotational Night Shifts
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, and technical-related queries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle objections professionally and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet Quality, Productivity, AHT, CSAT, and sales-related targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable interacting with US customers.
- Willingness to work US / rotational night shifts.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO / Customer Support experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- International Voice / Customer Service experience preferred.
- Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers can Apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC up to 3.5 LPA - 5 LPA, based on interview performance.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Cab facility for eligible shifts between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Male Employees: One-way cab with ₹75 deducted per trip.
- Female Employees: Two-way cab facility; one-way free and the other charged at ₹75.
